Hello and Welcome
I’m Haulwen Nicholas, and I’m here to guide you on your journey of self-discovery, replenishment, and magic. I help women who feel exhausted, tired, and depleted to reconnect with themselves and create a life that feels fulfilling, energised, and uniquely theirs.
I’m the author of The Book of Personality Tests, which has been translated into 17 languages and sold over 65,000 copies worldwide. I’m also a qualified Myers-Briggs Practitioner and NLP coach, with a passion for helping people identify what energises them and what drains them, so they can move forward into a life filled with vitality and purpose.
My own journey has been one of self-discovery, navigating burnout, exhaustion, and the consequences of not being true to myself. Using holistic therapies, practical tools, and a dash of magic, I developed the CARIAD Method®—a unique approach to overcoming depletion and living a replenished, vibrant life. Since 2017, I’ve had the honour of helping women transform their lives and find their own paths to wellbeing.
Witchcraft has been part of my life since childhood—not as something spooky, but as a way of connecting deeply with nature, intuition, and the magic of everyday moments. It’s woven into how I live and how I guide others, blending traditional wisdom with practical tools for modern life.
I live in a sleepy village on the North Wales/North Shropshire borders with my wonderful husband and our two cats, Seren and Saffy. My days are filled with simple pleasures: long walks seeking out daily magic and wonder, reading, writing, gardening, and cooking. I have a love for Dr. Marten boots, quirky clothing, and driving my Land Rover Defender.
Helping others to grow and develop is my passion, and I do a little happy dance every time I see someone I’ve guided shine their light brightly. I’m thrilled to be your guide as you embark on this magical journey of healing, growth, and transformation. Together, we’ll weave the threads of your unique path and help you step into the wise, empowered woman you were always meant to be.
